1. What do I do if an item is out of stock?
We will post on our Instagram and Facebook once the item is restocked and available.
2. Do you have Gift Certificates?
Yes! The E-gift card will be emailed straight to the email address used with the order. The Gift Certificate tab is at the top of the page on our website. You also have the option to buy a gift certificate in-store.
3. How do I know if my order was placed?
Once you complete your order, you should receive a confirmation email with your order number. Be sure to use a working email address for this reason!
4. How do I apply a gift card or promo code at checkout?
At checkout, go to your order summary and enter your code in the box that says "promo or discount code".
5. Do you give refunds?
Yes. Please see the Returns tab for more information.
6. What if I receive a damaged item?
Please email us at Support@ShopCasaBenedetta.com and forward photos of any damage within two days of receipt of your order.
7. Is subscribing to our newsletter the same as creating an account?
No. Subscribing to our newsletter allows you to receive emails from us about upcoming events, sales, and promotions. You can opt out of our emails any time, but we will only send 1 or 2 a month. Registering for an account will allow you to check out faster, save your shipping addresses, access your order history, track new orders, save items to your wish list, and look at your store credit.
8. Can I order items online and pick them up in-store?
Yes! You can pick up items in our store. Under shipping in the checkout page, you must select "Pick-Up in McKinney Store" to pick up your items. MAKE SURE THE ITEMS YOU ARE PICKING UP ARE AVAILABLE IN-STORE AND ARE NOT ONLINE ONLY PRODUCTS. If you accidentally select "Pick-Up in McKinney Store" for an online only item, you will be asked to pay the $7.49 shipping cost.
9. Do you do collaborations with influencers and bloggers?
