Casa Benedetta makes every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however if for any reason this is not the case, we are happy to offer a return for store credit only.
The following conditions must be met:
- Apparel items are unworn, in original condition with garment tags attached
- Exchange requests are subject to availability, and are for size alternatives only of the same item as originally purchased
- Please note postage paid is non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipment postage
Please kindly note that online store credits will be returned as a store credit to your Casa Benedetta account and cannot be redeemed for cash. You are also welcome to make a return or exchange (within the above terms and conditions) to our Casa Benedetta store at 201 N Kentucky Street McKinney, TX 75069.

All sale items are final sale. We do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items, however, we can arrange an alternate size exchange on your apparel item(s) within 7 days of purchase, subject to availability. If you wish to receive an exchange on your items, this must be specified to our customer service team via email (Sales@shopcasabenedetta.com) prior to sending your return to us.
Exchange requests are subject to availability, and are for size alternatives only of the same item as originally purchased. If you are needing a return, please send us a request using our contact form or email address. Please allow up to 14 business days for an exchange (alternative size only). You are responsible for return shipment postage, and will be charged $7.49 for FedEx 2-day shipping back to you.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE TO US
(1) Please ensure your items are eligible for return according to the above conditions and contact our customer service here to request a return/exchange.
(2) Please provide the following information when submitting your contact form for return requests:
- Your online order number
- The items you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Return Method Request (Please specify if you are returning an item or if you are exchanging an item - including size preferred)
(3) Please follow the instructions we send you via email.
(4) Please note, customers will be responsible for charges associated with the returns postage cost of their items to Casa Benedetta. We recommend using registered mail or parcel tracking as we are unable to take responsibility for return items lost in transit.
