SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and supporting our small business! Following are the terms and conditions for our shipping policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing high volumes of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping changes for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 - Standard Ground Shipping: 3-7 Days
 - Express Shipping: 1-3 Days

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once you order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

RETURNS POLICY

Our Return and Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order. 

 

All refunds are processed back via store credit only. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. 

 

All returns must be authorized within 7 days of receipt of shipment for store credit only, less any applicable shipping charges. Please email Casa Benedetta BEFORE you send back the items to get a return authorization. Authorized returns MUST be shipped within 7 days from return approval date to our shipping address. Unauthorized returns will be refused. 

 

Requirements:

 - Items must be received in original condition. 

 - If item is defected please email sales@shopcasabenedetta.com within 24 hours upon receiving and we require a picture. We will treat this with the highest of priority. 

- Sales items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
