Shipping & Returns

Standard Shipping

Currently, we are only shipping to locations within the United States.

All U.S. orders ship for a flat rate shipping based on weight. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Please allow 1 business day for orders to be processed, and in-stock merchandise will ship within 2-3 business days after processed. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Your order will typically be delivered within 5-7 business days. 'Business Days' exclude holidays and weekends, and our shipping center does not operate on weekends or holidays. As a small business, we do everything we can to insure that orders are received on time. However, Casa Benedetta is not liable for problems out of our control such as inclement weather, UPS/FedEx/USPS lost packages, delayed delivery schedule or incorrect provided addresses.

All orders over $149 in the US will not be charged shipping fees. Certain items bear a shipping surcharge based on size and/or weight. Free shipping only applies to merchandise; taxes and gift certificates do not count toward the free shipping total. 

Disclaimer: We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit you will need to file a claim with USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

All average shipping times assume no delays. We take special care in packaging your products to protect them from weather and possible damage during transit. However, in extreme conditions, we recommend minimizing the time a delivered good remains outside (on a doorstep).

Express Shipping

Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 12:00 PM CST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days after the shipped date. Most express shipping orders are processed within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. 

In-Store Pick Up

You can pick up your order in our McKinney storefront location - 201 North Kentucky Street McKinney, TX 75069. Under shipping in the checkout page, you must select "Local Pick-Up" and complete the purchase. 


Changed your mind? Not to worry. You can return your item(s) by purchasing your own shipping label with the carrier of your choice within 14 days upon arrival for STORE CREDIT only. We recommend using registered mail or parcel tracking as we are unable to take responsibility for return items lost in transit.

  • Repackage your item(s) with the invoice and send it to the following address:

Prior to returning your item(s), please take a moment to review our policies.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days upon arrival.
  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. 
  • We have the right to refuse any refund if we believe that there is any sign of wear, alterations, odors, or damage to the fabric, and if it is outside the 14 day mark. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied and sent back.
  • Discounted and sale items are FINAL sale.
  • Damaged items, wrong items, or missing items upon arrival must be claimed by the recipient in an email within 2 days of delivery.

Return Processing

Once we have received and accepted your package, your STORE CREDIT will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

In-Store Returns

Items purchased online, excluding FINAL SALE items, may be returned in store for exchange or store credit only. You may return at any location within 14 days. Returned items must be accompanied by original invoice. 


At this time we are unable to process exchanges. Due to limited quantity and quickly moving inventory, we cannot guarantee that the item will remain in stock by the time your return arrives to our warehouse. If you would like a different item, please place a new order for the item and send the original item back for a refund.

Shipping Charges on Returns 

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges on merchandise they are returning. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
