Casa Benedetta offers standard or express shipping within the United States. Each order is packed with love, so please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

You can now pick up your order at our storefront location in Downtown McKinney. No need for shipping, we're right here in your neighborhood! You just need to select local pick up at checkout. - You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up in store. - If you selected "In-Store Pick Up" but later decide you would like to have your order shipped, you will be charged a $7.49 shipping fee. - All in-store pick ups must be picked up within 30 days or your order will be donated. - If you are not satisfied with your in-store pick up order, we can ONLY issue you store credit or an exchange for your purchase.

Returns are accepted back within 14 days of receiving your items in unworn and unwashed condition, free of damages, and must have the original tags attached. Returns are good for exchange and store credit ONLY. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. We recommend considering using a trackable shipping service as we will not take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages. All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned. If item is defected please email sales@shopcasabenedetta.com within 24 hours upon receiving with a picture. We will treat this with the highest of priority.
