We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your items, provided they are in unworn, unwashed condition, free of damages, and have the original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Casa Benedetta is not liable for any lost or damaged return packages.
Please note: We do not offer exchanges. All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged Items
Once your order has shipped, it becomes the property and responsibility of the customer. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
If your item arrives with a defect, please email sales@shopcasabenedetta.com within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the defect. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
We’ll treat your request with priority and offer a replacement or store credit based on availability.
