Shipping Information

Casa Benedetta offers standard within the United States. Standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $7.49.

All orders are carefully packed and processed within 2–3 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please email us at sales@shopcasabenedetta.com within one hour of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that cancellations are not guaranteed once an order begins processing.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost packages. The customer is responsible to correspond with the shipping carrier for assistance.
